Personal Training: Functional Movement
Description
Our primary focus in training is functional movement. Sessions can include a combination of strength, cardio, yoga/pilates, and high intensity training (depending on the client's goals and abilities) interspersed with--and with a heavy focus on--specific, progressive functional training. These sessions are for anyone from the office worker to the athlete who have a strong desire and drive to get aligned, move better, and get out of chronic pain.
