Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) - Integrated Session

Gentle to medium pressure techniques with a focus on the breath to calm the nervous system, guiding you to a deeply relaxed & regenerative state. Use of essential oils optional.

Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) - Relaxation

This gentle modality helps optimize the lymphatic system--a key part of our immune system. Used to reduce swelling and inflammation, increase circulation, and flush out harmful toxins in the body. Don't be surprised if you fall asleep!

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (RMT)

For relieving stress, improving sleep, and reducing pain/tension in muscles and joints throughout your pregnancy and into the fourth trimester. Massage is done in the side-lying position with extra pillows. (If this is your initial session, a minimum of 75-min is required.)

Prenatal & Postnatal Massage (RMT)

Traditional Thai massage takes place on a mat on the floor with the client fully clothed, and typically does not use oil. This treatment is more focused on pressure points, opening up energy lines, and moving and stretching you into different shapes for a deeply healing and engaging experience. 

There is an additional $10 added to these sessions due to lengthy set-up and tear-down times. Sessions are a minimum of 75-min.

Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing technique in which the facilitator helps to guide the flow of qi or life force energy in and around the receiver to "unstick" energy blockages and restore calm, peace, and vitality to the entire system. This simple tool can reduce stress & pain and supports the healing & integration of ailments of the body, mind, heart, and spirit.

An EHF practitioner is a channel to facilitate the flow of Divine Universal Energy that will launch the healing process necessary for our transformation and ascension into the higher levels of consciousness.

The first session is shorter as a way to introduce the client to this energy work and ensure successful integration before moving on to a full session.

It opens women+ more deeply to the Divine Feminine, raises their vibration, awakens blocked or dormant aspects of their four female archetypes (Maiden, Mother, Enchantress, Crone), and opens them increasingly to embody their original and authentic femininity. It helps restore harmony & balance in the menstrual cycle and in life, helping women walk their soul's purpose in the world.

A womb healing alone is 30 min (as frequent as you wish). A womb blessing is 60 min (max 1 per moon cycle). A combined womb healing & blessing is 90 min.

Feminine Energy Awakening (Womb Blessing)

A combination of:
1. Consciousness coaching: Deleting unconscious old 'programs' running in the background of your mind so that you can live freely and authentically; and amplifying your strengths rather than focusing on what you perceive needs to be 'fixed.'
2. Practical strategies & tools for living your best life--with great health, relationships, and performance.

Note that sessions are not actually booked by duration. They are $185/hr billed to the closest 15 min and more often last 90 minutes. Some processes take a full 2+ hours (discussed in advance). We can discuss all of this ahead of time on a free consultation call.

Holistic Health Coaching

Our primary focus in training is functional movement. Sessions can include a combination of strength, cardio, yoga/pilates, and high intensity training (depending on the client's goals and abilities) interspersed with--and with a heavy focus on--specific, progressive functional training.

These sessions are for anyone from the office worker to the athlete who have a strong desire and drive to get aligned, move better, and get out of chronic pain.
